The normal default is either 2 stays of just over 6 weeks or 4 stays of 3 weeks. This can be adjusted easily to accommodate your needs.
We have an excellent Management service who will meticulously clean and prepare the home ready for the next family. This process is fully supervised by I.H.C.
Co-owners have 24/6 access to I.H.C personnel who shall be able to quickly arrange for our accredited technicians to attend to the issue quickly and efficiently.
IHC properties are designed primarily for co-owners' personal enjoyment. However, we realize that you may sometimes have allocated time that cannot be used by family or close friends.
Firstly, we offer surplus weeks to other co-owners at an agreed rent.
If other co-owners are also unavailable, IHC has carefully vetted, pre-approved families who are welcome to rent your Israel Home through our in-house rental service. This ensures that standards, including Kashrus, are maintained for our co-owners.
You're welcome to sell your share at any time. In the interests of maintaining high quality standards, we would require a meeting with the proposed new co-owners and they would be required to complete and sign a new co-ownership agreement.
Your Israel Home will have a secure storage area where you are welcome to store some personal belongings for your next visit. The actual size of the storage area varies with each apartment.
Yes. All co-owners give a written assurance to comply with proper Kashrut standards. Every Israel Home is equipped with complete sets of both Milk and Meat utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as separate ovens.
Our team and operations are based in Greater Jerusalem, with founder Tuvia Levein in Ramat Bet Shemesh. Our co-owner families come from communities throughout the USA and Europe.
Yes. We are happy to share testimonials from current co-owner families across the USA and Europe. Please request these when you contact us — we will share them privately, with the families' permission.
Once you have shortlisted a property, we arrange a LIVE video tour at a time that suits you, followed by a one-to-one conversation with Tuvia and our legal team to walk through the process end-to-end.
